(NewsReady.com) – A parent’s worst fear is that someone will hurt their child. They do everything in their power to prevent that from happening, but many are unsuccessful. Sadly, that was the case at a Pennsylvania daycare center.
The Chester County District Attorney’s Office is accusing Victoria Aronson, 36, of multiple counts of simple assault, aggravated assault, and endangering the welfare of children. The charges stem from the alleged abuse of three toddlers under the age of two. Police accuse the daycare employee of slamming the small children on the ground, cursing, and yelling at them. In one instance, she’s accused of placing a child in a headlock.
One of the children was taken to the doctor, where the physician noticed a cut and bruising under their eye.

Earlier this year, a daycare worker in Bradenton, Florida, was also arrested for abusing a child. In that case, police say Thalia Camarillo slapped a 4-month-old baby several times. Then, she twisted the infant’s leg until it broke. The family brought the baby to the hospital and a staff member called the police. The fracture was so bad, the baby was transferred about 45 minutes away to Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital in St. Petersburg. Officers obtained video footage of the incident.
In both the Pennsylvania and Florida cases, detectives are still investigating.
