Dr. Fauci RESIGNATION Bombshell – He Actually Said It!
(NewsReady.com) – Dr. Anthony Fauci has served as the head of the NIH’s National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) since 1984 — almost 40 years. However, he says he plans to leave his position if the 2024 election doesn’t go the way he wants.
During a May 15 interview, CNN’s Jim Acosta spoke to Dr. Fauci about the ongoing pandemic and his future at the NIAID. The reporter asked if would serve under former President Donald Trump if he’s elected again in 2024. Fauci responded, “Well, no.” He claimed that the way the former POTUS handled the outbreak wasn’t “optimal” and “history will speak for itself.” He went on to say he wouldn’t comment about that anymore because “it’s not productive.”

Conservative podcaster Benny Johnson also laughed at Fauci’s declaration, saying it’s “ANOTHER reason to bring the Great MAGA King back!”
Republicans have long accused Fauci and others in the federal government of politicizing public health. His response to Acosta’s question is a perfect demonstration of his polarization. A neutral public health official would have refused to answer, but not Fauci; he wanted to make it known he doesn’t support Trump.
