(NewsReady.com) – On Saturday, September 26, two people were badly injured when a left-wing activist drove her car into a pro-Trump demonstration in Yorba Linda, CA. The victims were part of a counter-protest that had turned out to meet a Black Lives Matter (BLM) demonstration.
The relatively small protests – police say there were about 250 people there in total, with a majority being pro-Trump – began at around 2 p.m. and quickly turned tense. There were several reports of physical conflicts between the groups and at least one pepper spray incident. At 2:40 p.m., the Yorba Linda Sheriff’s Department declared an unlawful assembly and ordered all the protesters to leave the area, but most of them were still there at 3 p.m. That’s when a white sedan exited the public library parking lot and drove into the counter-protest, injuring at least two people.

Shortly after driving through the crowd, the vehicle was stopped and the driver, 40-year-old Tatiana Turner of Long Beach, CA, was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and assault with a deadly weapon.
Turner is believed to be a member of Caravan for Justice, a pro-BLM group. Her victims are both in the hospital with major, but not life-threatening, injuries.
