(NewsReady.com) – In November 2002, The Guardian translated a letter written in Arabic by 9/11 mastermind Osama bin Laden. The al Qaeda leader said the US would fail in Afghanistan, just like they failed “the previous Crusades.” A defense analyst is now accusing President Joe Biden of fulfilling that prophecy.
On Sunday, August 29, John Rossomando, the senior analyst for defense policy at The Center for Security, shared the bin Laden letter. He claimed Biden has made the terrorist’s prediction come true.

Rossomando isn’t the only one accusing Biden of setting the stage for more attacks and losses. Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC) recently spoke to CBS’ “Face the Nation,” and he said the decision to pull all of our troops out of Afghanistan set the stage for more 9/11-style terrorist attacks.
Not only is the Taliban, a terrorist organization, now in charge of Afghanistan, but ISIS-K is already carrying out attacks. On August 26, one of their suicide bombings left 13 American troops and 170 innocent Afghan civilians dead.
A few days later, the US carried out a drone strike on a car carrying explosives to the Kabul airport. That strike killed 10 members of an Afghan family, most of them children.
How long will it be before ISIS or other terrorist groups try to attack the US again? The military has said it will continue carrying out counterterrorism operations in the region, but how will that work with the Taliban running the show? There are still so many unanswered questions.
