(NewsReady.com) – During the presidential debate on October 23, President Donald Trump pointed out that Joe Biden is bankrolled by Wall Street. The commander-in-chief wanted voters to know that is who his opponent will serve if he’s elected. The former vice president got angry and vehemently denied the accusation.
So, is it true?
Yes. President Trump’s statement was accurate. Biden has received donations from Goldman Sachs, Citigroup, Wells Fargo, and others. In August, NPR ran an article titled, “Wall Street’s Big Money Is Betting On Biden And Democrats In 2020.”
CLAIM: At Thursday night’s presidential debate, President Trump said Democrat presidential candidate Joe Biden has taken “all the money from Wall Street.”
VERDICT: TRUE. https://t.co/SliSIAccMF

It’s true that donors can give their money to whomever they want. Republicans certainly have big donors, as well. But, the concern is that Biden is going to pass laws that will keep Wall Street happy while hurting middle America. He’s already lying about it, so how can people trust him to keep his word if elected president? Can the workers really take that risk just as the economy is bouncing back?
