(NewsReady.com) – On December 14, 2012, a troubled young man walked into Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, CT, and shattered lives. The death count included 20 children and 6 adults, and politicians on both sides of the political aisle grieved with the families. Now, eight years later, Senator Kamala Harris (D-CA) is using their deaths to push an agenda.
On the anniversary of the tragedy, Harris shared a collage of the victims on Twitter. Above the photo was a message about gun control.
Today marks 8 years since 20 first-graders and 6 educators were murdered at Sandy Hook Elementary School.
To honor the lives lost in this terrible tragedy, it’s past time we implement common-sense gun safety reforms to keep our children safe. pic.twitter.com/YmsIWM6dDG

First, it’s important to note the Sandy Hook killer stole a gun from his mother, whom he also killed. There are no gun laws that could have stopped him from doing that.
The senator could have honored the day in so many ways. Instead, she chose to politicize their violent murders in order to push her personal anti-gun agenda. That speaks volumes about the type of person Kamala is and how she would behave if she’s sworn in as America’s next vice president.
