(NewsReady.com) – In the months leading up to the November 3 election, there was a lot of chatter coming from the Democratic Party about a “blue wave.” The Left was sure it was going to flip Republican congressional seats and states. That didn’t pan out and Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) is refusing to take any responsibility for her party’s failures.
On Friday, November 13, Pelosi held a press conference on Capitol Hill where she discussed the election results and her party’s losses. She brushed off the lost seats, saying she “accept[s] credit for winning the majority” and said they’re only down “a few seats.”

In reality, Democrats lost at least six seats, possibly more when the votes are all counted. They now have the thinnest margin in recent history. Voters rejected the party’s radical policies like defunding the police and Medicare-for-All. Meanwhile, Pelosi continues to allow the far-left members of her party to control the agenda. As the House leader, the failures of Pelosi’s caucus are her responsibility, but she doesn’t seem to recognize that.
