Portland Police Arrest Violent Attack Who Pepper-Sprayed Officer

(NewsReady.com) – Rioters in Portland, OR, have basically sieged the city for months. Recently, violent criminals once again attacked a police officer who was just doing his job and protecting residents.

On October 4, Justin Russell allegedly broke the window of a police cruiser and pepper-sprayed the Portland officer who was doing paperwork in the vehicle. The 41-year-old reportedly jumped into a vehicle and sped off after the attack. The policeman issued an alert with a description of the suspect and he was later arrested, according to a press release by the department.

Police booked Russell into the Multnomah County Detention Center. He’s charged with first-degree criminal mischief, assaulting a safety officer, and aggravated harassment.

Unfortunately, officers have been experiencing an increased level of hate from violent leftists. At the same time, Democratic lawmakers want to defund police departments, making it even harder to do their jobs.
