(NewsReady.com) – Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) has been an outspoken critic of Israel during her time in Congress, but especially since the conflict with Hamas began. She recently said Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is guilty of “war crimes.” It turns out, she has some connections that are very questionable.
According to a May 19 Fox News report, Tlaib is connected to Palestinian-American activist Maher Abdel-qader. He has reportedly posted anti-Semitic content to his social media accounts. The posts include a video saying “satanic” Jews control the media and have lied about how many people died in the Holocaust. Another claimed “European Jews” shouldn’t be in the Middle East.

Earlier this year, Maher praised the congresswoman for a “great successful fundraiser” that he hosted.
It’s not really as shocking as it should be that the congresswoman is connected to an anti-Semite. She is also close with Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) who has made a number of anti-Semitic comments in the past. It seems the Democratic party has a problem. Maybe they should handle that before lecturing Republicans on social justice causes.
