Political Activist Colin Kaepernick Condemns The Fourth Of July In This Anti-America Tweet
(Tea Party 247) – Colin Kaepernick is desperate to remain relevant. His football career went down the tubes, not because he decided to become an on-field political activist but because that same year his team, the San Francisco 49ers, that he led as quarterback went 2-14 with Kaepernick leading the team to 12 of those losses and 1 of the wins. But yeah, he’s a totally awesome quarterback. Yet, here we are, still talking about him.
On Saturday, the Fourth of July, millions of Americans celebrated freedom but, as should be expected, Kaepernick decided to take to Twitter to blast the holiday and label it a “celebration of white supremacy.” Right, because black people are obviously still slaves in America.
“Black ppl have been dehumanized, brutalized, criminalized + terrorized by America for centuries, & are expected to join your commemoration of ‘independence’, while you enslaved our ancestors. We reject your celebration of white supremacy & look forward to liberation for all,” he tweeted.
The activist paired the message with a video which featured images of slaves, police brutality, the KKK, the Declaration of Independence and lynchings along with Frederick Douglass’ “What to the Slave is the Fourth of July” speech, as narrated by actor James Earl Jones.

“Fellow-citizens, pardon me, allow me to ask, why am I called upon to speak here to-day? What have I, or those I represent, to do with your national independence?” Jones reads.
“Are the great principles of political freedom and of natural justice, embodied in that Declaration of Independence, extended to us?” Jones continues in the short clip. “… This Fourth of July is yours, not mine.”
If only the black activists of today knew firsthand just how awful slavery really was they would be singing the praises of America right along with the rest of us instead of pouting about their modern day “oppression.” Not a single black person alive today has ever lived even one single day as a slave and yet activists and terrorist groups like Black Lives Matter continue to insistence that racism is still very much alive and well in America.
Black people have every reason to love America. It was, after all, America that fought a civil war to end the institution of slavery and it was America that set the precedence for slavery all around the world to be abolished.
The current narrative being pushed by the far, radical left, that white people are inherently evil and subconsciously racist is utter garbage. The narrative that black people are just innocent victims of racist and violent police officers is completely false.
Look, if we want to have a conversation about the amount of force that should or should not be used by police officers, I think that’s a discussion many Americans would reasonably be open for having. But, in order to have any kind of genuine conversation the left needs to stop pretending that the police just randomly murder black people because of racism. It’s not honest and it’s causing a massive divide in this once great country.
Colin Kaepernick is fanning the flames of a racial war and blaming white people for all the problems of impoverished, crime-ridden black communities. The 4th of July is a celebration of freedom which we all have the privilege of enjoying in America.
