(NewsReady.com) – Mark Meadows, the White House chief of staff, told reporters on Sunday that US Attorney John Durham’s probe into the FBI’s anti-Trump activities should lead to indictments. He said that it’s “time for people to go to jail,” adding that the American people “are expecting” them.

Durham’s inquiry has opened a large can of worms and unearthed some disturbing facts about the already-controversial FBI investigation that led to the resignation and conviction of former National Security Adviser Gen. Michael Flynn. For example, Peter Strzok, the Bureau’s disgraced former counterintelligence chief, ordered agents to keep pursuing Flynn even after it was clear there was nothing to find. Documents were falsified and evidence that didn’t suit Strzok’s agenda was suppressed in order to keep the “investigation” going on false pretenses.
Meadows didn’t hold back. He accused the FBI of spying on the Trump campaign and during the early days of his administration. He went on to praise Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Lindsay Graham (R-NC) for doing a good job in highlighting the FBI’s abuses. If Meadows is right, we should start seeing charges filed in the near future.
