Trump Campaign Moves to Protect Vote Count in This State

(NewsReady.com) – As Democrats try to expand mail-in-voting procedures across the country, President Donald Trump’s campaign is pushing back. The president’s lawyers have filed multiple lawsuits to stop the Left from imposing chaos upon the election. Most recently, they petitioned a federal court to protect voters in New Jersey.

On September 17, the Trump Campaign, the Republican National Committee (RNC), and the NJ GOP filed a motion to stop some of Governor Phil Murphy’s (D) changes to election law. Conservatives want to prevent the state from accepting ballots without postmarks up to 48 hours after polls close on November 3. They are also asking a federal judge to stop state officials from counting ballots early.

The Republican lawyers accused Murphy of violating federal law and warned: “voter fraud drives honest citizens out of the democratic process.” Trump and other Conservatives believe expanding mail-in voting will lead to widespread fraud.

The 2020 election is less than 2 months away, and Democrats are still making changes to the system. It’s a recipe for disaster, but maybe that’s the point.
